We are open everyday of the week and only close from 25th December until the 4th January each year.

Only Assistance Dogs are permitted onto the farm.

Please do not bring your dog and leave them in the car due to the risk this imposes.

Due to the current restrictions tickets are currently only available online including on the day you intend to visit.

Your admission price includes farm entry, all activities and attractions except for some coin operated rides.

You can also purchase animal feed at reception to feed the barn animals.

Yes. All path and access points are accessible via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets in the play barn.

Yes, Wooly Jumper Café is open every day and offers a range of hot and cold food and drinks, a children’s menu, hand rolled ice-cream, home made cakes, milkshakes, slush and lots more.

On busier days we also have an outdoor catering van offering some of our popular menu items. 

Yes, we welcome picnics and have designated picnic benches and tables both inside and out.

We just ask that no picnics are brought into the café area and that your rubbish is placed into the provided bins.

All under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yes, we will also have at least one trained first aider on site.

We have a very strict no smoking policy on the farm.

We have allocated smoking areas on the car park.

All lost property is brought to reception at the end of the day.

The full child’s General Admission price starts from the age of 1. Only under 1’s are free.

Please note there maybe a charge for under 1's at certain Special Events.

Of course, we have allocated baby changing facilities in both toilet blocks.

No, our large car park is completely free.

Yes, of course you just need to exit the farm through the gift shop and have your hand stamped to return.

Yes, we allow hand feeding of most of our barn animals with food which can be purchased from reception.

Please do not feed the animals with any other food as this can make them ill.

It is also very important you wash your hands after feeding or touching any of the animals and when leaving the animal contact areas.

Hand sanitiser is not sufficent to kill the harmful bacteria such as ecoli.

Do to the Coronavirus Pandemic restrictions we are currently unable to offer our great party packages.
