Payment Methods do you Accept

We only accept card payments for purchases on
the farm.

we do not take cash for purchases

 

When Are We
Open?

The Farm is open fully to the Public from the
11th February until 6th November

the Farm the reopens on the 1st December for
our Christmas Events

Can I Bring
My Dog?

Only Assistance Dogs are permitted onto the
farm.

Please do not bring your dog and leave them in
the car due to the risk this imposes.

What’s
Included In My Ticket Price?

Your admission price includes farm entry, all
activities and attractions except for some coin-operated rides.

You can also purchase Animal Feed at Reception
to feed the Barn Animals.

 

Do you
offer a Free Carer Ticket?

We offer a free carer ticket for independent
employed carers, ID for this will need to be shown on arrival. We don’t offer
any other discounts (We don’t accept DLA/pip/foster carer)

 

Are You
Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes. All path and access points are accessible
via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets in the Main
reception building near the Cafe.

Our Tractor & Trailer ride also has a
wheelchair lift

 

Do You Have
A Café?

Yes, Woolly Jumper Café is open every day and
offers a range of hot & cold food, Tea & Coffee, a children’s Menu,
Icecream, home made Traybakes and lots more

On busier days we also have an outdoor
Shepherds Hut offering some of our popular menu items.

 

Can We
Bring Our Own Picnic?

Yes, we welcome picnics and have designated
picnic benches and tables both inside and out.

We just ask that no picnics are brought into
the café area and that your rubbish is placed into the provided bins.

 

Can Under
16’s Enter The Farm Unsupervised?

All under 16 year olds must be accompanied by
an adult at all times.

 

Do You Have
First aiders?

Yes, we will also have at least one trained
first aider on site.

 

What Is
Your Smoking Policy?

We have a very strict no smoking policy on the
farm.

We have allocated smoking areas on the car
park.

Lost
Property

All lost property is brought to reception at
the end of the day.

What Age Do
Children Have To Pay From?

All children require a ticket to enter the
farm, Prices can vary depending on the event and can be found by choosing that
event from the menu

 

Do You Have
Baby Change Facilities?

Of course, we have allocated baby changing
facilities in both toilet blocks.

 

Is There A
Charge For Car Parking?

No, our large car park is completely free.

 

Can We Go
Back To The Car Once We Are In The Farm?

Yes, of course you just need to exit the farm
through the gift shop.

 

Can We Feed
The Animals?

Yes, we allow hand feeding of most of our barn
animals with food which can be purchased from reception.

Please do not feed the animals with any other
food as this can make them ill.

It is also very important you wash your hands
after feeding or touching any of the animals and when leaving the animal
contact areas.

Hand sanitiser is not sufficient to kill the
harmful bacteria such as ecoli.

 

Do you
offer parties?

Currently, we are not offering Children’s
Parties.

but you are welcome to contact us for a group
booking at info@cockfields.co.uk where we can reserve some tables for you

 

Can Adults
come alone?

As a family-friendly venue, our focus is on
children’s entertainment and safety, and therefore not appropriate for adults
to attend alone. Please do not book a ticket if you are a single adult
attending without a child as you will be refused entry at the door.

 

What is your Picnic
Policy?

We are happy to welcome
picnics on the farm.

What is your Liability statement?

We regret to inform you that
we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings,
including clothing, during your visit to Cockfield’s Farm Park.

We encourage visitors to take
necessary precautions and responsibility for their possessions while enjoying
the park’s facilities.
