Only Assistance dogs are permitted onto the farm. Please do not bring your dog and leave them in the car as this is dangerous,

No. Tickets are available both online and on the door. However by booking online you will always save money on the gate price. Online tickets can only be purchased up to midnight the day before your visit.

Your admission price includes farm entry, all activities, attractions except for some coin operated rides. You can also purchase animal feed at reception to feed the barn animals

Yes. All path and access points are accessible via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets in the play barn.

Whatever the weather there is always lots of fun to be had. All animal activities are indoors in wet weather plus we have an indoor heated role play village alongside Woolly Jumpers café in the playbarn.

Yes, our large 100 seater Wooly Jumper Café is open every day and offers a range of hot and cold food and drinks, a children’s menu, hand rolled ice-cream, American style waffles, home made cakes, milkshakes, slush and lots more.

Yes, we welcome picnics and have designated picnic benches and tables both inside and out. We just ask that no picnics are brought into the café area.

All under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If our visitor numbers exceed our limit we will have to close admissions, this will generally only happen at special events we always advice to book online prior to coming to guarantee entry.

Yes, we will also have at least one trained first aider on site?

We have a very strict no smoking policy on the farm. We have allocated smoking areas on the car park.

All lost property is brought to reception at the end of the day. Please email to see if we have your item.

The full child’s admission price starts from the age of 1. Only under 1’s are free.

Of course, we have allocated baby changing facilities in both toilet blocks.

No, our large car park is completely free.

Yes, of course you just need to exit the farm through the gift shop and have your hand stamped to return.

Yes, we allow hand feeding of most of our barn animals with food which can be purchased from reception. Please do not feed the animals with any other food as this can make them ill. It is also very important you wash your hands after feeding or touching any of the animals and when leaving the animal contact areas. Hand sanitiser is not sufficent to kill the harmful bacteria such as ecoli.
