Car Park

Cockfields Farm car parks are free to use and located as soon as you enter with disabled parking at the front of the entrance.

Please always take care in the car park.

Entry and Tickets

Entrance to the farm is through the automatic doors at the front of the main building. This door is pinned open at busy times.

All visitors must pay / redeem tickets at the sales point before proceeding into the farm. Animal feed to feed the animals can be purchased here. The reception desk is at low level and currently do not have a hearing loop system.
We offer a discounted carer ticket upon presentation of DLA/PIP letter, priced at £4 which can be purchased on the day. Professional carers with valid ID are admitted for free.

Facilities

Toilets can be found to the left of the reptile zone on the pink wall.

Accessible toilets can be found next to the party room, no key is required. This has twist locks and fitted grab rails and an emergency alarm. Doors open outwards and the room is big enough for a wheelchair and carer.

Baby change facilities can be found in both toilet blocks located next to the reptile zone and party room.
Breastfeeding is welcome in all areas of the farm except in animal contact area for your safety. However if you require a private feeding area please ask at reception. If you require heating of bottles or baby food please ask at the Wooly Jumper Café who will be more than happy to help.

Around The Farm

Our list of daily activities are clearly listed on the left hand side of the animal barn entrance.

Most of the outside areas of the farm are stone paths that are suitable for wheelchair users.

Due to the nature of the farm, a few of our activities may not be suitable for certain types of disabilities, but all of our staff are trained to be as understanding and as helpful as possible.

Woolly Jumpers Café:

Seating in Wooly Jumpers Café is both fixed and moveable with wide walk ways. Assistance is always on hand if help with ordering or seating is required.

Please inform our café staff members of any dietary needs or allergies when ordering and we will try to oblige possible.

Additional Information

Assistance dogs are welcome, water can be provided upon request.

All our staff are trained to be as helpful as possible, if you require any assistance please help.

We will always have a least one trained first aider on site at all times.
